Men’s Strength and Shred Program
This men’s program will work in unison with The InstaBooty program but is designed to help men become more muscular, leaner and stronger both mentally and physically! Your workouts will be influenced by powerlifting, bodybuilding and athletic style training.
Every session is designed to push you to your limit in order to get you the best results for YOUR body and goals. Coach Ian Simon, has more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry and 4 years experience being a professional athlete. He understands what it takes to get your body in high performance shape and conditioning.
Men’s class dates and times: Beginning in November, 2019
Monday’s: 6am and 5pm
Tuesdays: 6am and 5pm
Wednesday’s: Off Day
Thursdays: 6am and 5pm
Friday’s: 6am and 4pm
