WHAT IS HIGH VOLUME BOOTY TRAINING?
Simply put, high volume means more reps and sets. It's an effective way to cut body fat and build muscle, particularly for larger muscle groups, like the glutes! The glutes are the largest and strongest muscle in the human body, and need to trained hard and often in order for them to grow.

Our workouts are designed to help you grow and strengthen not only your glutes, but the rest of your lower body, core, lower back and help aid in rapid fat loss. The muscles in your lower body are some of the biggest in your body. Because of that, they burn and demand a lot of energy (calories). Performing a high amount of moderate to heavy reps and set will force your muscles to work overtime thus creating a muscle building and fat burning response in your body.
